From 90-minute staff meetings and Professional Learning Team collaborations to half-day workshops, my offerings are designed to support teachers and school leaders in creating a thriving classroom environment. Sessions focus on boosting student engagement, enhancing teacher wellbeing, and refining the systems and structures that make your day and week more effective, productive, and enjoyable. Each workshop combines practical strategies, guided reflection, and actionable planning, ensuring teachers leave with tools they can implement immediately to make a real difference in both their students’ learning and their own professional satisfaction.
Creating Classrooms where students want to learn
90 minute Staff Meeting
This energising, hands-on session supports teachers to design learning environments where students feel curious, capable and genuinely engaged.

Rather than focussing on testing or outcomes - although we know data is important - the session centres on what actually helps young people show up, participate and invest in their learning, emotionally as well as academically.

In this session, teachers will explore:

-
How thoughtful lesson structure and High Impact Teaching Strategies can support clarity and confidence
-
Ways to create meaningful hooks and interactive learning experiences
-
Using assessment and exit reflections to motivate, not just measure
-
Building student agency, collaboration and shared responsibility for learning

This is about creating classroom routines and learning experiences that don’t just work. They feel good to be part of, for both students and teachers.
Teacher Wellbeing
3 hour Professional Development
This is not a generic wellbeing workshop. It is a tailored, site-specific experience designed to help school communities pause, reflect and realign around what really matters.

Each session is shaped around the unique context, challenges and strengths of your school, whether you are navigating staff exhaustion, change fatigue, behaviour challenges, or need for clarifying shared purpose.

Using evidence-informed wellbeing practices, reflective dialogue, storytelling and practical tools, this experience supports staff to:

-
Reconnect with their values and why they came into education
-
Strengthen relationships and psychological safety
-
Develop shared language around wellbeing, boundaries and sustainability
-
Begin shifting the culture from survival mode to something more human, connected and sustainable

Meaningful Learning Design Lab
90 minute Staff Meeting
This guided, collaborative session gives teachers the space to slow down and design learning that feels purposeful, engaging and true to their values as educators.

Rather than rushing through templates or compliance, teachers are supported to thoughtfully shape a unit of learning for the term ahead - one that is aligned with curriculum requirements and designed to genuinely connect with their students.

Focus areas include:
-
Designing powerful student entry points that spark curiosity and connection
-
Using pre- and post-assessments and exit reflections to guide learning
-
Creating opportunities for student voice, agency and meaningful collaboration
-
Aligning learning experiences with Australian Curriculum outcomes

This is not just planning time. It’s a chance to reconnect with the craft of teaching and leave with a unit you genuinely can’t wait to teach.
